Since you provide no information regarding the flight times which could influence my decision, then based only on the two hard and soft products, I personally would choose Austrian. I found their business class seat plan more private then LH, more comfortable for sleeping and the food better.

I love Swiss’ livery — it’s simple and elegant, and looks especially good on the 777. Swiss 777-300ER San Francisco Airport. My Swiss flight was departing from gate G100, and boarding was scheduled for 7:15PM. In reality boarding started at 7:20PM, with first class, business class, and Star Alliance gold passengers.
Short & Medium Haul. 8/10. On the airline’s European flights, business class seats are rather uncomfortable since they are simply economy seats with the middle seat blocked.
